So everything really is awesome but let’s talk about that fried shrimp app for a sec. Without question the best fried shrimp you will find anywhere. Barely (if at all) seasoned out of the fryer and they let the sauces do the hard work. Absolutely perfect. . I prefer the chili one but all are phenomenal. The pizza is also INCREDIBLY underrated. Can’t lose going here either in or take out. Just one guys opinion. I’ve not eaten through the menu but the shrimp, burgers, pizza, fish sandwiches have been great.

Really wanted to try this place for awhile now, since it's mere minutes from my house (oh, the places two young children won't take you sometimes). As it were, had an opportunity to take the family, and it was very nice. The server was very attentive and friendly, the menu not overbearing while also having plenty of intriguing options, and the tap list was vast and varied. I had a chicken and waffle sandwich that was very good, one of the better iterations I've had in Pittsburgh, while my wife had a shrimp salad and my daughter the kids pasta. Everyone was happy with their meal and the rotating 25 beer tap list yielded some nice sips as well. Will definitely visit again when the situation presents itself, hopefully sooner than later.

All right... the first thing you need to know when you go to Barrel Junction is to request Darlene as your waitress. She is absolutely fantastic! Incredibly friendly in a nice way. Very professional. She's incredibly informative and knows the menu inside and out. The burgers are made from a combination of sirloin, chuck and brisket and 10 oz!. They have a smoker where they smoked brisket and chicken. Seems like they've got a huge beer menu. Everything is really tasty, not one single complaint only positive reviews. It's probably best if you bring cash, as if you don't they charge a 3.5% extra fee if you use a credit card. Not a big price to pay for really good food and a the atmosphere.

Came here at my 13-year-old’s behest, since she remembered how much she loved our lunch out a few months ago! The food selection and quality is fantastic, beer selection is on point, and service is stellar. Huge thanks to Chloe and the management who pivoted when our meal was lost in the fray (someone had quit unexpectedly today). They took care of us and got ahead of many further hiccups.
